The Prepaid Visa Gasoline Cards contains a fixed dollar amount and works just like a Visa Card.
The Card can be used to purchase gasoline, products and services everywhere that Visa Cards are
accepted. According to Visa "That's Everywhere You Want To Be!" Each time the Prepaid Visa
Gasoline Card is used the amount that is spent will automatically be deducted from the balance

What is the difference between a Prepaid Visa Gasoline Cards and store issued gift cards or gift certificates?
The Prepaid Visa Gasoline Cards carry a fixed amount and can be used everywhere gasoline stations accept
Visa Cards. With store issued gift cards or gift certificates, your purchases are generally limited to the store
location(s) that issued the gift card or gift certificate. In addition, each Prepaid Visa Gasoline Card comes
with a level of security that cash and gift certificates can not match. If the card is ever lost or stolen, the cardholder
simply notifies the company promptly. A replacement card can be issued for $7.50, which is deducted from the

Can I make a purchase for more than the amount remaining on the Prepaid Visa Gasoline Card?
It depends on where you use the card. Most merchants will permit you to use the card for part of the purchase price
and pay the remainder with cash, a check or another card. If you aren't sure whether the Prepaid Visa Gasoline
Card balance will cover the purchase, be sure to ask the merchant if you can pay any remainder through another payment

How long can I use the Prepaid Visa Gasoline Card?
Your Prepaid Visa Gasoline Card expires in two years from the date of issue. The expiration date
is embossed right on the front of your card. If you do not use the full amount before the card expires,
you can call Customer Server to have a new card reissued. A reissue fee of $7.50 will be deducted from
your remaining balance. If you do not want to renew your card after it expires, you can request a check
for your remaining balance, a $15.00 manual check-issuing fee will be deducted from your balance. [back to top]
Is there a fee for using the Prepaid Visa Gasoline Card?
The card is free for the first 12 months after your card is activated. Beginning in month 13, a monthly
maintenance fee of $2.50 will be deducted from the remaining balance on your Prepaid Visa Gasoline Card. [back to top]
What happens when I have spent all of the funds on my Prepaid Visa Gasoline Card?

Depending upon the merchant's return policies, the merchant may credit your Prepaid Visa Gasoline Card,

What should I do if a merchant declines my Prepaid Visa Gasoline Card?
It is possible the card's available balance was less than the purchase amount. To avoid these
situations inform the merchant of the card's remaining balance and use another form of payment to
pay the difference. Some merchants - for example, restaurants, mail-order companies, and
cruise lines - require that the Gift Card's available balance is greater than the purchase amount to
ensure sufficient funds for tips or incidental expenses. [back to top]
Why do I sometimes have problems using my Prepaid Visa Gasoline Card at restaurants or
gas stations when I have enough money left on my card to cover the purchase?
Sometimes your Card balance will be checked to see if there's enough money to pay for an anticipated
purchase amount, which might be more than the actual purchase amount. If the anticipated purchase
amount is greater than the actual purchase amount and you do not have enough money on the card to pay
the anticipated purchase amount, your card may be declined. To avoid this, tell the merchant up front
how much you'd like to pay with your card. If the merchant allows it, you could use another form of
